How Custom Sizing Works

These aren’t your standard-issue potato sacks. Our women’s custom Nomex wildland pants are designed for wildland work: durable, flame-resistant, and cut for people who climb, squat, drag hose, and live out of their pockets. They’re tough where they need to be, flexible enough to move, and sewn like someone’s life depends on it—because sometimes it kinda does.
Break ‘em in, beat ‘em up, and trust they’ll still show up for your next roll.

EXAMPLE PANTS (**COPYCAT PANTS ON PRE-ORDER FOR MARCH 2027**)

If you have a non-stretch pair of pants you'd like to have cloned, you can skip the mock-up fitting process! Simply enter 0 (zero) in all measurement input fields below. Be sure to check the tag in your example pants before sending to ensure there is no spandex/elastane/lycra content. Stretchy pants cannot be used as examples and will be returned, delaying your order.
